Potential Tenants

You must be at least 18 years of age, working in full time employment for at least 6 months and have a fixed abode with no bad credit in order to meet our criteria. If you require a guarantor they too must be 18 years of age, working in full time employment for at least 6 months and have a fixed abode with no bad credit in order to meet our criteria. If you are in receipt of Housing Benefit this is something we may not be able to work with, depending upon the landlords requirements of the available property.
